Where does The Ivory Club ship?

The Ivory Club ships worldwide! We are proud to offer shipping to countries across the globe, and we’re continuously expanding to reach more destinations.

Tell me more about the shipping fees & methods!

We offer two shipping speeds, because sometimes you can wait, and sometimes you can't:

  • Standard (3-5 business days):

    • Belgium: +- €10.00

    • The Netherlands, France, Luxembourg, Germany: +- €20.00

    • Ireland, the UK, the United States: +- €45.00

    • Other countries: Please contact us for shipping costs to your specific location.

  • Rush (1-2 business days in Belgium): starting at €20.00. Rush shipping to other locations starts at €40.00 and may vary depending on the destination and express shipping requests.

Our shipping is handled by local logistics partners, and in some cases, they collaborate with other local distributors to ensure timely delivery. So, you might receive your order from a different courier service.

Please note: These shipping prices are standard. For any expedited, insured, or preferred shipping options, the delivery costs may differ.

When will my order ship?

Here’s the process:

  1. You place the order.

  2. We process it (usually within 1-2 business days, and orders placed after 13:00 are processed the next business day).

  3. Your package is shipped.

Once your package is shipped, you’ll receive a shipment notification with a tracking number. Voilà, your package is on its way!

I'm having problems with tracking.

We’re so sorry! Sometimes, it takes 1-2 business days for the carrier to update the tracking status. If your tracking isn’t updating, or the number isn’t working, please contact us at info@theivoryclub.be, and we’ll look into it right away.

How can I edit my shipping address?

If your order is shipping to the wrong address, please email us at info@theivoryclub.be, and we’ll assist you with the correction.

What if I miss my package?

If you miss a delivery, the carrier will leave a message in your mailbox stating that a delivery attempt was made. You can find more information on the tracking link, and there are typically a second and third delivery attempts. After three failed attempts, the package will be returned to us.

In some cases, the order will be delivered to a local post office or parcel shop after the first attempt.

No order after (what felt like) the longest wait ever?

Start by checking the tracking link for up-to-date status. Delays might happen due to customs measures, which are out of our control.

If the tracking link shows no update, and it’s past the delivery time, please contact us at info@theivoryclub.be. We will investigate with our logistics partner. Please note, refunds or replacement shipments can only be processed after a full investigation or 30 days. Allow some time for updates.

RETURNS & EXCHANGE

How do I place a return or exchange?

We’re sorry to hear you’re not in love with your purchase. Please email us at info@theivoryclub.be with your order number and the products you’d like to return or exchange, and we’ll guide you through the process.

What’s your return policy?

All returns must be initiated within 14 days of receiving the order. You will then have 14 calendar days to return the goods to us. Your order number must be included when requesting a return.

Refunds will be issued to your original form of payment. Please note that shipping charges are not refundable.

You are responsible for the cost of return shipping, and the cost will depend on the shipping method you choose. Please keep proof of shipment with a Track & Trace code—lost returns won’t be refunded without it.

Note: All sale items, facemasks, veils, and gift cards are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

How long does it take to process a return?

Refunds will be processed within 14 days after we receive the returned goods. Credit card refunds typically take 5-10 business days to appear on your statement.

What should I do if I receive the wrong product?

Sorry for the mix-up! If you received an incorrect item, contact us at info@theivoryclub.be, and we’ll send you the correct (bridal) item.

How do I return my The Ivory Club stuff?

Please return the items in their original condition and packaging, including tags. If the item is damaged or missing packaging, you may be held liable for depreciation. (Article VI.51 §2 WER)

What if I need a different size/color/etc.?

In that case, place a new order for the item you need, and return the incorrect one. See the return process above for instructions on how to send the wrong item back.
