SHIPPING, RETURNS & SAMPLE POLICY
At The Ivory Club, we strive to provide a seamless shopping experience and stand behind the quality of every item we offer. Below you will find detailed information regarding our shipping process, return policy, and important notes regarding the purchase of sample items.
SHIPPING
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. The Ivory Club ships worldwide. We work with reliable logistics partners and continue to expand our list of shipping destinations.
Shipping Options & Fees
We offer two shipping methods, depending on how quickly you need your order:
Standard Shipping (3–5 business days)
Belgium: approximately €10.00
The Netherlands, France, Luxembourg, Germany: approximately €20.00
Ireland, United Kingdom, United States: approximately €45.00
Other countries: Please contact us at info@theivoryclub.be for a custom quote.
Rush Shipping
Belgium (1–2 business days): starting at €20.00
Other countries: starting at €40.00 (subject to destination and urgency)
Shipping rates are standard estimates and may vary depending on preferred or expedited shipping options, insurance, or other special requests. Delivery times are indicative and may be impacted by customs procedures or local courier conditions.
Order Processing
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Orders placed after 13:00 are processed the next business day. Once your package has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation with a tracking number.
Tracking Issues
If your tracking number is not updating, please allow 1–2 business days for the carrier to register the latest status. If the issue persists, contact us at info@theivoryclub.be and we will investigate further.
Changing Your Shipping Address
If you realize you’ve entered the wrong shipping address, please email us as soon as possible at info@theivoryclub.be. We’ll do our best to adjust the address before the package ships. Once shipped, we cannot modify the delivery address.
Missed Deliveries
If no one is available at the time of delivery, the courier will leave a delivery notice. Most carriers will attempt delivery up to three times. After multiple failed attempts, the package may be returned to us or made available at a nearby pick-up point.
Delayed or Lost Packages
In some cases, international deliveries may be delayed due to customs clearance or other unforeseen factors beyond our control. If your package has not arrived within the estimated timeframe and tracking shows no recent activity, please contact us. Refunds or replacement shipments are only possible after a full investigation by our shipping partner or after 30 days.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
How to Request a Return or Exchange
To start a return or exchange, email us at info@theivoryclub.be within 14 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and the item(s) you wish to return or exchange.
We will guide you through the return process.
RETURN POLICY
You must initiate your return within 14 calendar days of receiving your order.
Once approved, you have 14 calendar days to return the item(s).
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
The customer is responsible for the return shipping fee.
Returns must be shipped with tracking and proof of postage retained.
Please note: Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging, with all tags attached. If items are returned damaged, worn, or missing original components, a reduction in the refund may apply in accordance with Article VI.51 §2 WER.

These items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged under any circumstances.
Refund Timing
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 14 days. Credit card refunds typically take 5–10 business days to reflect on your statement.
Received the Wrong Item?
If you received an incorrect item, please contact us at info@theivoryclub.be. We will ensure that the correct item is shipped to you as soon as possible.
Need a Different Size or Color?
To exchange an item for a different size, color, or variation, we recommend placing a new order for the correct item and initiating a return for the original one following the process outlined above.
SAMPLE ITEM POLICY
From time to time, we offer sample pieces at a reduced price. These are showroom models and may have been previously tried on during fittings or events.
By purchasing a sample, you acknowledge and agree to the following:
Sample items may show minor signs of wear, such as small imperfections, slight discoloration, or fabric irregularities.
These items are sold as-is and are non-refundable unless they arrive in a condition that significantly deviates from the described expectations.
If you would like specific details or photographs of the condition of a sample item prior to purchasing, you may request this via email at info@theivoryclub.be.
If no such request is made, we will assume that you accept the potential presence of minor imperfections and that you understand the nature of sample items.
Please note: Sample items are excluded from our standard return policy. All sample sales are final.
